The town is a thirty-minute drive from the resort, not too far and you can take a leisurely walk through the quiet, narrow alleys past the historical buildings and sip on Greek coffee in the gorgeous cafes. Halkidiki is a simply fabulous holiday destination for solo or group travelers and is popular with couples and large families too.
