100% greek and fluent We can all agree , dating is hard ?!!!...? We are complaining and uptight we are on this " dreadful site " but yet look at us , we are still here . So why can't we take a minute and smell the roses? We have high expectations and so we should , you also come into this with an open mind . Navigate through the bs , and if you get one on the hook wonderful, if not don't dwell on it , it happens! Let's be realistic We want more from our potential partners than ever before and we expect more from them than ever before. Emotional intimacy and maturity, passionate sex, best-friendship, shared values and interests, financial stability and security, the list goes on and on. The problem with this is that nobody can be everything to another person but our expectations and the cultural narrative that we are fed says otherwise, and as a result, far too many people end up sabotaging potential relationships because of unrealistic expectations of love. Finally, people don’t want to work together with their partners to maintain a relationship or marriage. They rather divorce than communicate and settle their differences because it is easier to do so. Working hard to be a good partner, compromising, and healthy conversations are no longer valued because people are selfish and lazy. I said what I said... .
