Something to talk about

I love people, language, culture, cooking, music, history, art...there's not much that I don't like. I'm fascinated by people-I love to know what they're about, what/who inspires and motivates them. I'm old fashioned, yet very non-judgemental. I don't expect people to do things my way-I try to be flexible where it's allowed. I always am up front w/people-why should either of us have to guess? More than anything, I love my daughter and greatly look forward to watching her grow and experience life and all that it has to offer and to succeed in all areas of her life. Looking For: I'm interested in meeting someone who's not afraid to experience life; someone who's forthright, listens as well as he talks, doesn't play games, and not afraid to embrace my culture as much as his own. Above all, I'm looking for someone who shares a deep faith in God, someone I can grow with.

Insights
Describe the perfect evening.
I would just have to say that an ideal evening would be one where both of us felt very comfortable talking and getting to know each other-no pressure, no overwhelming feelings of awkwardness. As far as what and where-I don't like to box myself in-life can bring wonderful experiences when we allow it to surprise us.
How many kids would you like to have?
That depends on the state of the marriage, finances, faith......
What do your friends tease you about the most?
They say I'm too old fashioned when it comes to men.
What gets on your nerves?
Lies, people not being themselves, dishonesty-hypocrisy, showing up chronically late, not keeping plans/your word
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Complete and total respect. Because if you respect someone-you're going to be considerate of their feelings, you will value them and if you really respect/value that person, you'd never lie, cheat or hurt them.
What turns you off?
Bad hygiene, toilet seats left up...rude, overcontrolling, mistrusting, chauvinistic, dishonest and immature men.
What turns you on?
Black hair, a man who is sure of himself-not to be mistaken for arrogant!, romantic music, ....I'll have to draw the line here for now.
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
Somewhere great!...eventually all of our hard work and good intentions have to flourish.
