Just like my name says, so find out!

I'm Ben and just like my screenname says, I am a 1%'er and am proud of that fact. I own a national commercial real estate company and also, a commercial flooring company that serves the southeast. But I also, work my own hours and from wherever I want to! You'll find me to be FAR different from what you're used to in guys I'm very well rounded, driven and refuse to quit at anything. I love romance, love weekend trips and love not only putting a smile on, but keeping a smile on who I'm with's face. I believe in being a giver, both emotionally AND physically. I'm extremely openminded and even more playful. And lastly, I believe in and do top myself, every time that I'm with someone. And I'll add, with the right person, I'd absolutely have a relationship with and you can BET that I'll do whatever it takes for it to BE and REMAIN the best possible, and become better and better and better.
