Looking for someone who is interested in history, philosophy and the humanities. I am easy going and want to share my life with someone who enjoys classical thinking and culture. Some of my hobbies are stargazing, outdoors, computers, life extension and wellness. I am 3rd generation Italian/ Sicilian American from the NY area but today am more open minded about religion and culture but I favor the thought of classical antiquity of the Stoics and Plato. I am also a vegetarian but eat cheese and yogurt. Most, if not all of the Greek philosophers were vegetarian. There is a good video about this on youtube which is even narrated in Greek with various subtitles. I have read several of Plato's works including the Republic and Timeaus. He was a genius and ahead of his time. If they listened to him the world would be a lot better. I follow the Stoics, Plato and the Hermetic philosophy. Most modern religions are based on mystery. I am interested in living in harmony with nature and have Jupiter rising in my nativity with the sign of Scorpio.
