I don't believe in headlines

Born and raised in Greece till I was 16. Moved to Chicago for college and have been here ever since. I do work really hard (but like to play hard). I'm a laid back yet confident person. I'm the "voice of reason" amongst my friends, but I barely follow my own advice. I do consider myself being funny, witty at times. I love food...honestly! I don't (or better yet I can't) do diets. I think my dream job...you know...when I retire... would be to be a baker/dessert maker :) My family and friends are very important to me. My mom is my hero! I'm looking for someone who will make me laugh, be my partner in crime, be understanding (when it comes to my crazy work schedule) and who is willing to compromise in order to find some middle ground. Confidence and honesty are a must.
