Energetic, music loving, FIT WOMAN

I am a fun, fit, spiritual, down to earth, Greek-American woman who loves meeting new people and experiencing life to its fullest. I have a beautiful daughter in college, and we are from an incredible, tight knit Greek-American family who are always there for one another. I am an entrepreneur and have been a fitness professional for over 30 years. I hold multiple nationally recognized certifications, and adore the fitness industry. I love working out, nature, weight training, dancing, cycling, practicing and teaching yoga, and listening to live music. I love jazz, R&B, classic rock, Hip-hop, Latin, Greek, world beat- just about anything except heavy metal and hard core rap. I'm a musician; pianist, percussionist, singer, songwriter; recently graduated from recording arts school, and pursuing a degree in music therapy. I am also a Master Instructor Trainer for a cool exercise modality called Drums Alive. I'm interested in making friends with whom I share similar interests, and a solid friendship will lay the foundation for the next step. Emotional intelligence and open honest communication are a must. Chemistry is a given, but it's your energy- and more importantly- the energy that remains in the room after you are physically gone that interests me the most. I am looking for someone who wants the best out of life; won't settle for mediocrity, and on a path to their highest good; mind, body and spirit. If any of this sounds interesting, feel free to drop me a line.

Insights
Describe the perfect evening.
Depends on my mood: Start with nice dinner somewhere romantic, then maybe listening to some great live music, then dancing til dawn. Oh... "are you tired baby?" How about a wonderful home cooked meal, nice bottle of Cabernet or Merlot, a good DVD, cuddling by the fireplace and a great massage.... and what ever else we decide should happen next
Describe your perfect weekend.
Any situation where the two parties are truly enjoying one another. There are far too many incredible scenarios to choose from, and it truly depends on our mood. I guess I am very flexible in that I enjoy a variety of things.
Do you believe in love at first sight?
An attraction and chemistry? Yes. Love at first sight? No. Real love has to be cultivated, and nurtured. It is best expressed and grows over time. Can love grow/happen more quickly if the stars are aligned nicely ? Yes. You know when it's taking place.
How many kids would you like to have?
I love children and believe they are gifts from above. As long as my partner is a good parent and wants to parent together in the most loving, nurturing and respectful manner, this is a moot point. Personally, I am physically done having kids but would welcome someone elses children as long as the above criteria are met. Parenting is really a life long thing and family is everything to me.
How important is someone's physical appearance to you?
There must be chemistry present and a baseline physical attraction however, there are other things far more important than aesthetics. A great personality, kind heart, and sense of humor will make someone even more attractive.
If you could have one super power, what would it be and why?
I would create world peace where war could no longer exist. I would also, help the less fortunate, create more structured educational programs to create more jobs, less welfare babies, more folks with increased self esteem. etc...
What is the purpose of marriage?
Marriage is showing your complete acceptance and commitment to another through the good times and the bad. Marriage is when you meet that special person with whom you are so utterly comfortable, you can tell them anything. They are your best friend. One who has demonstrated their unwavering loyalty, unconditional love, support, who offers great stimulating conversation, communicates honestly and freely, encourages you to continue to learn, grow and to be the best that you can. You cannot imagine being without them, nor would you want to be. A spouse is a partner with whom you are excited to share everything- spiritually, sexually, financially, intellectually and more.
What is the most important lesson that you've learned?
That you never stop learning. Once you think you have, surely some trouble will follow. Life is a series of lessons and blessings. It is an exhilarating ride and it is making the most on and of our journey, not the destination, that is most important.
What do your friends like about you most?
I am trustworthy, loyal and will give you the shirt off my back. Also that I am brutally, but lovingly honest. They know that I will tell them the real deal and remain objective through out.
What do your friends tease you about the most?
Good question. I guess you will have to ask them? My real friends generally don't tease me.
What gets on your nerves?
People behaving badly; insecure, jealous, manipulative, gossipy, belittling others, bull shitters, liars, cheaters and the like. Be real and treat others with respect.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
Love, great-flowing communication, honesty, loyalty, trust and yes, there has to be chemistry too. :)
What's the best age to get married?
When one is mature and ready.
What turns you off?
See above
What turns you on?
Many things! Adventures like white water rafting, cycling, mountain biking, the ocean, star gazing, great music, having my partner hold me close while we dance, having my feet massaged or a great massage in general, kissing, candles, fireplaces, hot tubs, great smells like sexy essential oils (lavender, patchouli, ylang ylang) peppermint, the smell and sound of wood burning, great home cooked food, baking, cuddling, rainbows, thunderstorms, taking calculated risks, and more...
What do you hope to be doing five years from now?
Settled down with my soul mate, having my fitness and consulting business booming and more profitable, spending more time with my family, traveling around the world, publishing and recording my original music, performing live music again, lecturing and educating to help build self esteem in young women, and to finish my book that I am currently writing.
