Never Giving Up Hope

I want to find myself a girl who can show me what love can bring. And we'll fill in the missing colors in each other's paint-by-number dreams. (Do you know what song that is from?) I've been a Chef for almost 40 years at a hotel in NYC. I love to entertain friends with awesome food and wine. Add music to match the food and a cigar to end the night and that is a perfect night for me. The pandemic has found me at home having the opportunity to work on new Beethoven Sonatas as well as teaching myself Italian. I love going to Greece in the Summer and Vermont during Autumn, taking in the spectacular foliage, eating pumpkin pancakes for breakfast, driving around the state listening to New Age music and ending the night at a farm to table restaurant. Going back to the townhouse with friends, lighting the fireplace, wine, cheese, and Sinatra, completes the weekend. My bucket list includes, Italy, Prague, London, Vienna, and Quebec City for now. I need to go to Vienna and pay respect to all the great classical composers. I listen to a wide variety of music. World, Greek, Classical, Rock, New Age, Easy Listening, Jazz, and Jazz Vocals to list a few. Who am I not looking for? Vegans, people who insist on eating something different than everyone else, gluten free diets, complainers, drama queens, Trump supporters, tattoos, unusual body piercings.
